Steps to Leadership
The intention of Steps to Leadership is to give people the understanding and knowledge to deal with their problems, to help their friends and family deal with theirs, and in doing so find their own happiness and success.
Created by Jeff Allen, Master Trainer, Steps to Leadership is presented in the form of a course for small groups, a ‘friends helping friends’ environment. Within the small group setting and with the support of detailed handbooks, DVDs and an audio CD, it guides you through a structured explanation of the principles of the Psychology of Vision.
Steps to Leadership is taught in 30 Modules, the end result is empowerment, understanding and a deeper awareness of your life and the world around you.
This course is based on a practical approach to life change. The knowledge contained in this course has been gained by over 30 years of workshop experience from around the world and has helped tens of thousands of people significantly change their lives.
Using the teachings of the Psychology of Vision, Steps to Leadership helps you to develop a deeper awareness and understanding of yourself and your relationships in a supportive and practical way. With this awareness comes the choice to experience remarkable and often profound changes in your life and the world around you.

Student Information
Do I need any qualifications to do this course?
There are no qualifications required to attend except your willingness to learn and change.
However, as in any learning situation, there is a commitment required to fully benefit from this programme. Many participants have reported a rapid and positive change during this course and it is not unusual to feel that the desire to fully enjoy this new life effecting your commitment, but we strongly recommend that you finish this course.
So the only qualification is your commitment to yourself.
What does it cost?
The cost depends entirely on the facilitator you choose. The way they setup the courses is their decision. Psychology of Vision advises facilitators about pricing but there is no rigid pricing policy.
What do I get?
An understanding and a meaning for why things happen in your life.
You get tools that teach you how to have the things you want and leave behind the things you don't.
You get support from a community of people who are on a healing path.
On graduation you get a Certificate of Completion, 15 days credited towards the 100 day training programme, and power over your own life.
How much does it cost?
There is no set price for a Steps to Leadership course, this is for the Facilitator to decide. Please see the Events pages for details of individual courses.
Facilitator Information
How do I qualify to teach this programme?
You need a significant number of days attending Psychology of Vision events including a 10-day International training and a Psychology of Vision 10-day apprenticeship. Most people will qualify around 70 days of Psychology of Vision training.
How does it work?
After buying a licence, the Facilitator sets up a group of between 2 and 20 people. The programme is then delivered by the facilitator, in a way of their choosing, supported by Psychology of Vision.
The delivery and the arrangements are decided by the facilitator with help from the lengthy section of advice in the first section of the facilitators' handbook.
As the Facilitator you get:
* A facilitator’s handbook that guides every step and includes the knowledge and wisdom of the Psychology of Vision principles gained over 30 years of group facilitation and transformation.
* A copy of the student’s handbook that contains all the material required including DVDs CDs and all handouts.
* Continuing support from Psychology of Vision UK Ltd office
* 10 days accredited towards the 100-Day Programme, with a maximum allowance of 20 days total for Steps to Leadership.
Facilitator licence cost
The cost of one licence is £200 (ex VAT). For this you will receive a licence to teach the programme once. This is not transferable.
In addition, the first time you buy a licence, you will need to buy the Facilitator and Student Manuals. These cost £50 (ex VAT) plus postage & packaging.
Subsequent licences cost £200 (ex VAT).
Whilst this figure may look daunting to begin with remember if you are charging £15 per session and have 5 students you will easily be able to cover your costs and make some money.
